I remember sitting at a bar in France with my cousin. The waiter seemed to hate us with every fiber of his being, and we, being European, were like "yeah fair." Then my cousin accidentally smashed her beer on the floor, broke the glass and all. The waiter's reaction to that was "oops" and he brought us a new beer free of charge, waving all of our apologies off.

Conclusion: they're good, they just have that face
