This is the most realistic prediction of the general category cut off mark required for an MBBS seat in any government medical college anywhere in India under the 15% all India quota available for all students across India.

However, students in many states with lesser marks are likely to get admission in their respective states because there are more government medical colleges in those states and the competition may be less.

As for the state of Kerala the 85% state quota admission would be very tough for students because there are no new government medical colleges or increase of seats and a large number of Kerala students have scored above 680 this year.

It would be very difficult for a general category student to obtain a state quota ( 85% for all categories including general, obc, sc, st, ews etc.) seat in any government medical college in Kerala if their score is 680 or less.

A Muslim category student may get a government medical college MBBS seat in Kerala in the State Quota only if their score is above 675 this year.
