Piccolo decides to take a new approach to his training, learning a technique from King Kai that suits him surprisingly well. How will Piccolo training with King Kai for Kaioken affect the story? I feel like all the non-Saiyan Z-Fighters should've learned Kaioken. It would've let them keep up with the Saiyans and thus keep their relevance for quite a bit longer.

Piccolo is more suitable for Kaioken than Goku or the other Z Fighters. His Body is more durable as Majin Buu's. It can take the pain much longer

This was always a sore spot for me since when you think about it, AT THE VERY LEAST, Yamcha, Chiaotzu, and TIen SHOULD know how to use Kaioken but never show it. Goku was able to learn the technique in less than 3 months. Yamcha would have around 6 months to be able to learn it and TIen and Chiaotzu had close to a year to learn it. And then we have the 3 years of training before the Android saga began, Why didn't Goku teach the Kaioken to Piccolo, Gohan, or Krillin!? If Goku were to teach this to anybody, then he should've taught the technique to at LEAST one of them.

The new tournament arc was a great addition. Vegeta vs piccolo was a great part. Especially since they have never fought in the main story.
