STOP struggling with guitar… in less than 60 SECONDS from now you can identify and eliminate the ONE thing holding you back from progressing on your guitar with a free custom lesson!

INSTANTLY Change The Way You Play Chords

INSTANT chords to change the way you play! That’s what I’m offering you in this video.

We’re going to take chord shapes you already know and turn them into chord parallels.

I break down each chord shape, in their original position, and simply move them up the neck in certain places to make them work with different keys.

Then I show you how to do it yourself and exactly where to place them depending on the situation.

You’ll see right away that most chord shapes were never meant to be used in only one place on the neck! That’s the beauty of chord parallels and how they’re chords to change the way you play.

I’ll give you insights on how pro guitar players use chord parallels in a simple context but make them sound intelligent and AWESOME.

We’ll explore using chord parallels for both rhythm and lead guitar. We’ll even take a stab at playing chord parallels over a slow blues backing track.

👆 In a matter of minutes that survey will show you exactly what it is that’s been holding you back from progressing with guitar. Once you find out what it is, you can tackle it head on and launch yourself to the next level on guitar!

And just a friendly reminder of my #1 rule… HAVE FUN! These are chords to change the way you play, so start using them with reckless abandon! Use them for jams, in a song, or even if you just want to impress your significant other.

Just work out these chord parallels at a comfortable pace and have it on deck ready to bust out when you wanna show ‘em what you got!

Rock On!

Finally, I've found a guitarist who actually teaches for students to really understand. Very well presented and easy to follow. No ego wannabe just a great teacher. Thanks Eddie.

This is basically a triad/slash chords lesson. The triad are fun to play as we can use inversions to create different voicings for the same chord.

That looks like it would make rhythm guitar playing a lot more fun.

Really appreciate the lesson! I got confused, but in the major progression, isn't it essentially 1. Amaj triad 2. Bmin triad 3. Amaj triad? and in minor 1. Amin 2. Gmaj 3. Amin?

It's great to run through a tuner to when you're sliding the cords up you can see what keys you're in..

Thanks Eddie for validating what I've been doing for years. I was always afraid that the guitar police would bust me for using these shorthand cool chord formations, but it turns out it's legal... AND encouraged. Thanks for the lesson.

In the A major example the bar in the 3 fiist strings of the seventh fret is B minor and not A minor.

Eddy you always bring something new for me to learn..For someone like me who is not into shredding but likes to put a little something over top of chord patterns this is very exciting.

Fabulous, thank you! Been studying string sets, and pounding my head with "learning the fretboard." Whew, need to get simple and get some sweet rhythm in my practice. Thanks again.

Thanks Eddie. Very helpful after the rythme and leader course !!!!.
In major key, the 2nd degree ( minor) in between the 2 different shapes of A major.

In minor key the 7 degree ( major) in between the 2 minor shapes.

I see it this way to be more understandable !!!!😊😊

When moving the A chord down to the 7th fret and using the Em shape, I don't understand how that is an Am. Wouldn't Am be barring the bottom 3 strings of the 5th fret?
