Would it be a good idea to get a genio for vertical and horizontal increase and on top of that a tiny horizontal chin implant for shape? I have a malocclusion 2 but no surgeon wants to do a jaw surgery cuz they say my case is not 'bad enough' but I have a minor crease and I want to have a taller more projected chin without making the crease much more prominent :)

Doctor, I have a question please. I have exactly the same situation with a class 2 malocclusion (overbite) and deep fold. Now I know that if will help the fold and improve chin/profile. But when this patient moves his jaw/chin forward he also gets a better looking whole jawline (it becomes more visible and skin tightens). Will genioplasty give that result? I know there's also orthognatic surgery but I can't get it, so genioplasty is my only hope.

sir i have 1 question that i cant close/lock my lips properly becuae of which my chin looks weak. i think my chin is short vertically and it a has mandibular fold. Sir its because of my weak chin that i cant close my lips or it is something else . sir i also have a problem of overjet teeths. sir i dont wanna live with this weak and short chin and i dont want this problen of lip locking. Can my problems of lip locking and weak chin go away if i do geneoplasty. pls sir suggest me something. iam waiting for ur answer...pls sir do help
