One extra rule to note, the escalate rules depend on the version of liars dice as well as ones aren't always wild, plus sometimes when you screw up the bid you just loose the game, not loosing one and going on, and occasionally same is considered loss of sometimes of contestee, all depends on what is agreed upon.

My dad taught me this same game, but you used dollar bills, and the serial number as what you’re gambling against. Pretty much the same rules too. If you lost, you give up that bill.
