PASARAPIN AT SABAWAN ANG PATA NG BABOY..NAPAKASARAP...

Ingredients:
5 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
2 pcs medium size tomato
1kg pork knuckle
2 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp ground pepper
4 cups of water
70g of tomato paste
3 pcs fried banana
1 medium size fried potato
150g green peas
2 bunch of pechay

Wow! Ang sarap parang pochero. Gagayahin ko ang recipe na ito. Pressure cooker? I don’t have it and I don’t need it. Sa pagpapalambot ng meat lutuin ng matagal with low heat lalo na kung sa stove na charcoal ang ginagamit at hindi palaging binubuksan. That’s my style sa pagpapalambot ng karne.
