This is a fantastic video. The final product is exactly what I'm looking for. Is it possible to allow for adding an attachment to outgoing comments/mail and being able to see an attachment to incoming email?

I was really hoping to follow along, but there have been changes to the Power Apps that have made this hard to follow. I've made some logical assumptions and have had to modify statements here and there... But when it all falls apart, is when I started deleting the "Edit" and "Delete" components.
( It did not "Cleanly" delete like it did for you in the video ) I've attempted to fix it in a few different ways but I'm at a loss at this point. I really was enjoying the process until then. Maybe a follow-up video showing the process for the "Current" version? ( Even the Table Creation/Menus are different now ) I also ran into the same issues @MrEricH5470 did. After fixing that, everything fell apart again.

Does this use premium features? I am struggling to create this using the standard 365 package?

Hi,
Why did you build this with Teams and not with Lists on the SharePoint? Is their a raison for?

I went through the tutorial and built this along with your video.. A couple of this I am wondering what I did wrong? Your comments data is listed descending by date. Mine lists ascending by date.

Also, my comments and ticket data are not segregated by ticket record... everything is in a continuous log without individual ticket records? What did I do wrong? For example.. My comments log lists every ticket record and every comment for each of those records. It is not separating the comments for each ticket. So my comments lists both Ticket Names "The Joker Escaped" and My Bat Phone will not dial out" and all of the comments which I reply to both of them instead of just listing the ticket name which is selected to the left.
