Out for some laps at Red Bull Ring in the Porsche 991 GT3 RS equipped with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 Connect tires. The Michelin Track Connect system allows you to accurately check the pressure and temperature of your tires in real-time via their app.

It's able to do this by utilizing four sensors mounted on the inside of compatible Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires that relay measurements back to a receiver mounted inside of the Porsche 991 GT3 RS. This receiver then transmits the sensor reading to the Michelin Track Connect app on your mobile phone.

That steering wheel just makes all the difference, when driving to the limits. The guy in front failed to brake two times in the same corner, even doubt he could get away with it. For Red Bull Ring you clearly had a clean line's with no mistakes which is very good. Good driving 👏

Thanks for sharing. I experienced this at Zwartkops racetrack, Pretoria, South Africa. It was an ordinary Porsche Club Track day. (We're not officially allowed to time laps). 28 May 2022 (in Philip Smit's Porsche GTR RS) with Brian Viljoen as driver. Noticing how smoothly you drove through corners, this vehicle is capable of much much more. Realizing that nobody will believe me but Brian retained full throttle through corners (i.o.w. not lifting his feet of the throttle like you, but retained it FLAT out. Scarily as hell just to think of it). With his left foot he applied hard braking. The experience is extremely violent. Head rushing forwards, it completely defies physics. The car wiggles into each corner and rocketed out once the brakes were released. Never leaving the track. The downforce must be immense. I don't know how the engineers achieved to maintain turbo boost, optimum engine revs and traction but the experience was mind blowing. Needless to say we achieved 1:00 lap times where as the owner only managed 1:08 to 1:13 Brian were only allowed three laps and due to my short notice, I did not plan to time the laps. However I could just observe the (counting down) clock on the start line. PS: I googled and saw that the late Sabine Schmitz achieved 1:12.66 on the same track in a 911 Turbo S and 11:55 in a Nissan GTR (R35) during her last visit to South Africa. Sorry but just had to share this. Stuttgart please notice that down here in Africa are hidden some of the best drivers in the world.

Well driven!! Just a little thing, I think that sometimes in the braking zone you could be a little more to the outside. You drive to the outside when your almost done with braking and then you have to turn more. If you are already there you would be faster
