DJ Hero is definitly a good game to get if you're into dance music, and want to do some testing with. But remember that nothing beats the real thing. Lots of time, a couple of 1210's and a DJ mixer is about all what you need to get started as a real DJ.

How does vocals decrease the score when its optional? i mean, its not like it hurts the game or anything, hell, it makes it better because there are some that do enjoy singing along

I got dj hero special edition which comes in a really big bag that includes a stand and an golden-black dj pad! really sick for only 30 pounds and i the bought dj hero 2 for 15 pounds!!!! sooo HAPPY its sooo addicted every one should have one they are not as expensive any more and soundtracks are amazing!

Yes, but to be fair, "We will rock you" went well with "Robot Rock" so who's to say that they couldn't come up with more great combinations (which include songs from different genres...)

For what the game is executing they did it flawlessly, a better DJing game couldn't be possible, idk what they're thinking. It's like, just because it's not the best game in the world it doesn't deserve a 9-10? I loved the first one and have to say it was the most addicting rhythm i'd ever played and was hooked for weeks and i don't even really like rap and hip hop

um.. im the man at the freestyle scratches on the demo. the trick is to let the button go every now and then and it says the word.

there should be an export code to use songs from previous dj hero games in future dj hero game. although licencing issues will prevent that :(

what does he mean it doesnt have nothing to do with bieing a real DJ? The buttons are the cues the scratches are the scratches and the samples are the samples thats all you get when having a real DJ turntable in front of you!

there was only like 2 minor negatives, and he gives it an 8.5, this game atleast deserves a 9
