I teach the Consumer Science/Home Ec. Ie sewing, etc. to our local charter school kids in middle and high school. We unearthed the old sewing machines from storage a couple years ago. This is mainly home schooled kids, so we were able to carry on pretty good during COVID, although I am anxious to get them back weekly in person. I am so loving this Cross Stitch University. I’ve tried to do something like this on my own, but this is so much better when someone else has it organized. I’m linking my kids up to this right away. We don’t start until mid September, but will give them something to start on. Great timing. We have done a quilt each year. 1st year used Layer Cake Mix.

A short tutorial on the Floss Tube about how to sew 🧵 the handmade buttons on, tips, tricks, needle 🪡 size, etc. I am pretty sure I am not the only one who would enjoy this. Even though I've cross stitched a long time I think I'm going to give the cross stitch university a go. I might learn something new and refresh my stitching skills. Sound's like fun in any case. Everyone must agree spending time stitching along with FQS is a a great way to spend an hour or two!

I have NEVER cross stitched in my life (59 years) but now that I see this Cross Stitch University I’m going to have to join! I also have never used a Yeti before. I would do lemon/cucumber water or iced tea with this heat and for winter hot chai tea or orange spice. I love these new patterns in Kaleidoscope ❤️

I like to drink ice water with crystal light added in. Love a cup with a lid so I don’t have a disaster on my hands if there is a spill. Congratulations Kimberly on completing your Kringle’s pattern. It’s so beautiful. So glad you stuck with it. I’m on the finishing leg of a WIP I've had for five years. A Fall table topper. So excited I’ll be able to display it this year. Love all that you do😊

I only drink plain old iced tea, no sugar, no lemon. That is what would fill my YETI. I have to thank FQS and Kimberly for all of the wonderful inspiration that they provide. They are the BEST!

I will be using mine all day every day with my ice tea throughput the day and then water to have on my night stand because I only like ice cold water. I love Yeti because I still have ice no matter how hot it gets here in Kansas City, MO (not Kansas😀). I so enjoy your weekly Floss Tube and Stitchy Tuesday! You and Stitching with the Housewives have gotten me back into stitching after 20 years of being away! Thanks again for all you do💕

I am going to place a small bouquet of flowers in my Yeti and place it in my stitching room on my great grandparents antique hutch. Flowers make me happy as do you, Priscilla and Chelsea! So I can be surrounded by happiness in my stitching room.

Water with some lemon. I am retired from teaching 8th grade science and that was my go too to keep going. Still use it when I sit and stitch. Thanks for your generosity in doing the giveaway.

I just started cross stitching a couple of months ago and still learning and finding FlossTubes to get ideas from others. I found your channel recently. Loving what you and Lori do. I also watch Chelsea and Priscilla. They do beautiful work. I am looking forward to the beginner university project. I think the pattern being used is very cute. Hoping I can get the materials in time. I love how you organize and keep track of your projects. I am also hoping I can join in the Kaleidoscope series. Those patterns are also really cute. Just looking forward to joining in on your future videos. I just watched the replay of this live stream so hopefully I am not too late for the yeti cup. I only put iced water in my yeti cups.

Ice cold lemon water would be perfect in a Yeti on a hot summer day. I've had my eye on Kringles for quite some time. Your finish is just what I need to push me over the edge and get it ordered. I love that there is no backstitching!!!
