I have to disagree with you on that. TLC has not even come out to say that was the case. The only thing that was said regarding the matter came from Left Eye....who only said "they just did not like the deal Pebbles had them signed to." THAT'S IT!!! But since Pebbles was their manager everyone(much like yourself) ASSumed that was the case.
