Arsenal THIS IS SCARY! Masterstroke or Dangerous? 🚨

Mikel Arteta entered this season in his most influential position yet at Arsenal, following the signing of a new three-year contract in September. According to sources, this contract was a major factor in Edu's decision to step down as sporting director, as he was reportedly dissatisfied with Arteta's growing influence at the club. Arsenal, meanwhile, are not in a financial position to afford the British-record transfer fee required to sign Alexander Isak from Newcastle this summer. Insiders suggest that owner Stan Kroenke is highly unlikely to approve such a move unless a significant player departure occurs.

This was amazing content by Terry, the amount of comments saying Terry sucks off Arsenal while he was criticising them is funny. Clearly people indoctrinated by “another man” and they don’t think for themselves.

Edu speaking today " Not only are the reports about myself not being happy with Mikel Arteta getting a three year contract untrue I will be requesting a retraction . Furthermore I negotiated with Mikel and signed off on his contract, It was my idea. False Media reports won't ruin the bond myself and my friend Mikel share . "

I also read somewhere that Edu has rubbished the claims that he was unhappy with the growing power of Mikel at Arsenal and that he would be seeking a retraction of that report. He said he wouldn’t want anything to come between his relationship with his friend Arteta.

Isak was £63m at the same time we bought Jesus, Isak only scored 6 goals the season before £63m was a lot of money at that time for that player, it’s ended up a great deal tbh however he was injury prone & not in great form, so it’s wrong to say Arsenal made a mistake

1:46 ill tell you why terry. Arsenal been missing key players for most of the games. Especially when partey been used as RB. But when players are in their places, u get 5-1 thrashings of crystal palace… context matters 😁

Terry, genuine question but would you prefer your club to be run be owners who have no care other than profits or by a manager who is an ex player who at least has some sort of affiliation or love for the club?

The amount of time you invest in talking about Arsenal is staggering.

Nothing about Arsenal is scary. No amount of trophyless second place finish will convince me to be serious about them.

Edu didn't leave because of the contract. He was the sporting director, he negotiated the contract. Edu left because he wanted more power and the Kroenke's weren't giving it to him. He's now at Forest doing really well.

Arteta doesn't even have the power Wenger had. He doesn't on his own decide who Arsenal sign. He requests players, which then has to be approved by every department. He didn't want Sterling, you can tell with how he speaks about him compared to Havertz last season. He didn't want Neto. He wanted Nico Williams and Garcia but the club didn't agree they were worth the money.

Ayto was Edu’s assistant, he may get the job full time but it’s looking more like Thomas Rosicky will be the man come the summer

Arsenal are being patient and are looking for a world class striker not a stop gap. G. Jesus hasn’t been the same since that horrible injury. We are 2nd in the league, 2nd in UCL table, in the FA cup, and still in the EFL cup. Liverpool look beatable atm losing to a poor UTD and Spurs side. We are still in the process and have a solid squad, now we to sign that X factor striker in the summer.

Edu left because he was offered a job that pays three times what Arsenal was paying him! Full stop! Leave it out.

Terry the reason why arsernal are struggling is because the way Arteta sets up to play, he needs someone who can do what Granit Xhaka used to do on the left 8 space, they have never replaced him despite buying players.

There is zero - ZERO - chance of Isak ever signing for Arsenal. Forget the fact they can't afford him, relations between Newcastle ownership and Arsenal are so bad they would never sell Isak to Arsenal. If or when he leaves he will go to Real or PSG.

I smell bullshit. Newcastle wouldn't sell him to us for anything less than 150 million

How many more times does isak have to say hes staying at Newcastle before it sinks in? Every interview hes been asked about the likes of Arsenal hes stated hes not intrested in nothing but playing for Newcastle, so even if somehow Arsenal did get the massive fee Newcastle want, and they said it would take a offer north of 150 million just to get them to the table, and that was before isaks blistering form, so im guessing we are talking more towards 200 million now, it would still be isaks decision to make, and that guys not going anywhere other than Real Madrid when he does leave Newcastle.

Lot of waffle. The most successful clubs. Mentions Brighton as example. Define success? It’s not hard. The clubs who find ways to outspend the mistakes tend to have the most long term success
