Part of my report:
Disease associations: The JAK2 V617F mutation is implicated in myeloid neoplasms, especially the BCR-ABL1 negative classical myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN), in which mutations have been reported in at least 95% of polycythemia vera (PV) and 50-60% of essential thrombocythemia (ET) and
primary myelofibrosis (PMF) patients.

Just got diagnosed a couple of weeks ago with polycythemia. Waiting for gene mutation tests from bloodwork now. Appreciate your videos and if symptoms are anything to go by I have had this for a couple of decades now. Hang In there!

Hello my young, 'ol friend. It's been far too long since I last said hello, so here I am. I turned 60 last month, so PV and me go back 30 years now. Having already suffering a major stroke in 2010, diagnosed with diabetes, arterial sclerosis in the past two years, and taking heavy meds. for depression, I finally chose not to see my doctors anymore. I ignored voice mails, letters, etc...until they stopped. Um, and I got very sick. 6 - 7 months without phlebotomies, I figured I would accomplish my goal and leave this world for the big surprise beyond. It didn't work. Damn! Seeing your pretty face again made me "Feel". I cannot define what I feel, but I will try to. Blood runs thicker than...well...nice to see you, Mama.
