Ive turned 35 this year
2 yeats ago developed health anxiety, panic attacks and the worst cystic acnd. Always had mild hormonal acne but this is different. Looks like yours maybe not as much but the same kind of large painful pumples. I keep the pimple patches! I have ao manu face products. The ones that used to work really dont anymore. What has been HELPING (not clearing or healing) is dove anitbacterial bar soap followed by a clean and clear daily exfoliating wash with salicylic acid. It gets it clean clean! And the germs off. Wrapping up my hair and changing my pillow case. Has kept the new breakouts less big and not painful. They've turned into mainly small pimples just under the skin. Ill take that over the really large red and angry painful ones. But i wish i could just have clear skin for once! Ppl really judge you when you have acne

I had been through this for almost 10 years. It is temporary, don’t worry about it. With my experience, I would like to give you a tip. Don’t consume dairy products and any kinds of meat for just two weeks, you will see drastic changes. Good luck!
