Great video! I LOVE the way David talks about Tadasana. I once practiced a 45 minute Tadasana. It was eye-opening (and surprisingly physically challenging).

I have tried some different postural yoga styles, but thus far never Iyengar as it has not been available in my area. Im getting more and more intregued though, as I learn more and watch videos like this and with Iyengar himself. Thorough, but prestigeless is the impression I am getting, with focus on all people, including those with physical challenges and who don't care for or enjoy combing yoga and fitness and added heat.
