Does it mean one has to remove their email account from Outlook desktop app in order to sign out of their email account for the time being? Until ready to sign back in maybe for the subsequent day that is.

The prompt to sign in when Outlook is opened is displayed at the top center of the page. I was able to see and read email in my Inbox and was able to send email that was verified received by the recipient without signing in!

What about security if your laptop or desktop computer is stolen? They would have access to your email!

Can the same email account be set up in the future in Outlook desktop app. I saw another video on youtube saying that once one should remove their email account, it is permanently deleted and can never be added to Outlook desktop app in the future.
