Hey guys :) In today's video, I'm sharing my before and after results using rice water everyday for 7 days for hair growth! I was hesitant to try this out, because oftentimes rice water can make your hair brittle and dry if used in excess due to the protein overload. However, I adjusted the way that I applied it into my hair to hopefully help alleviate any dryness or brittleness that I might experience. Over the course of the 7 days, I experienced a lot of noticeable changes with my hair...so make sure to watch all the way until the end to see what happened!

Mom tip. Keep that rice water up after the pregnancy because with the hormonal crash you will start loosing hair. Sometimes it can be so much. And rice water will help to prevent it from getting super thin.
