Good morning, good video. As a professional house keeper I can tell you now no one should be in that room. Local health department needs notified and any rooms like it closed until properly cleaned. Staff needs retrained or fired.

Bruce was right when he said "This is the type of shower where you feel dirtier after coming out". That has got to be the dirtiest shower I have ever seen. The fact that it's a hotel is gross.

Once it was laid out I immediately recognized it was a platypus! That was a fine specimen, Bruce. Just had my area drains jetted yesterday for root intrusion. Would have loved to hire you for it, but I'm 15, 000 km away and there would probably have been a surcharge for that!

Last week I noticed my shower wasn't draining and I had to ask myself, 'What would Bruce do?' I got the old plunger, and gave the drain a few pumps. Voilà! The drain was no longer plugged. I gave it some crystals once the water was gone, but I have to tell you Bruce, old me would have had to call the plumber. You're a lifesaver, mate!

I would be checking every bathroom now... how can a company get away with the state of that shower cubicle? Bruce, i seriously hope you have reported this hotel to health inspectors, because man! I would have have walked in, took one look, turned around and shut the building down till its sorted out...if that bathroom shower recess was that bad, i can just imagine what the toilets are hiding under black light, and not to mention..the beds...absolutely gross 😳.. I seriously take my hat off to you Bruce, You sure have a great sense of humour in situations like these.. you do a great job.

I have benn working as a technician in a 5 starrs hotel. I can say that everything You do in Your videos is familiar to me. I have done showers blocked to the maximum, unblocking draining pipes from kitchens full of fat and oils turn into solid etc. Seeing Your work is like do it al over again and I'm not even complaining. It was a fun job. Cheers
