Pretty sure the birdcage/hoop skirt doesn’t have leg holes - your legs are supposed to go in the middle, so the whole thing sits higher and the “legs” of the cage sit on either side of your hips….but it was fun to watch!

Just a heads up! For finding cameras in hotel rooms, just turn all the lights off and open the camera on your phone. Your phone's camera can pick up infra-red light. So if you look around the room with it you'll see bright lights from the infra-red light given off by the hidden camera. You don't need any kind of weird special device to keep yourself safe. Your phone can do it for you. Stay safe out there.

Hi!! Historian and reenactor here! To answer your question about the pannier (the not quite hoop skirt thing) yes that is the wrong shape. If they were trying to do 18th century baroque fashion, yes that would need to be up higher. It should make the hips look like you're smuggling a flat screen tv.

That pillow you had is an inflatable cervical correction pillow. Chiropractors sell them. They definitely work. It relieves pressure off the cervical spine. While a bit uncomfortable, they can relieve tension migraines. I have one. Use it for 20 mins and it pushes your head and holds it up off the spinal cord for a bit.

Try the dress one at the beginning again!! Don’t put you legs into the different sections, rather step in between them and then you can pull it up higher and it will sit more like a circle around you xx

Yes it’s a neck stretcher! I have one and it’s great. You put it on and then pump it, it gently stretches your neck. Then you leave it on for 10-20 mins. It also helps you relax your shoulders. It’s great

for the crinoline at the beginning you need multiple petticoats (2-3) to give it the fluff and puffiness you are looking for. I'm a civil war reenactor and crinolines/hoops are fun to wear when they are at their best
