My parents used to shop there a lot when they own their restaurant. Most prices that you see there are for wholesale only. I recommend you check it out during the weekend when they have vendor selling variety of Thai Street food. They also have a small restaurant in there selling Thai food and dessert. It not located in downtown LA but in Chinatown.

Thailand has a store called makro thats a cash and carry. Stuff is oretty cheap there even for Thailand. Love that place, i stock up every time I go back to Thailand.

I'm not sure if it's still there, but in the parking lot, there's a thai food stand my parents used to go to a lot whenever they go to Chinatown. You should check it out.

One of my favorite places! Duck, quail, fresh seafood and an authentic food counter. And just an fyi… they accept EBT.
