Agile software development is a group of software development methodologies based on iterative and incremental development, where requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organizing, cross-functional teams. It promotes adaptive planning, evolutionary development and delivery, a time-boxed iterative approach, and encourages rapid and flexible response to change. It is a conceptual framework that promotes foreseen interactions throughout the development cycle.

The Scrum and XP has been very popular agile methods being used in good number of organizations at present. While these methods are perfectly suitable at team level, when it comes to adopting agile at enterprise level, it is becoming challenging to integrate the Business and Development teams. Lean principles which are best practices from Industries like Toyota are being used in agile development currently in some of the IT Organizations. This webinar aims at giving an overview on Agile Methods such as Scrum, XP , Kanban and Lean Methods and their comparison in the Agile Implementation.
