As a Curry fan, and somebody with a ton of respect for Smart as a defender, that's a tough call but Curry's momentum is going into him. I'm not a fan of fouls usually created contact by the offensive player, but in this case being that it's a half court heave which requires different strength and body movement it has to be called a foul. That would be an unnatural move at the 3 point line but from beyond half court it's not.
