In the latin spanish version Homer doesn't say "¡Auch!", he says "Ouh!" or even "D'oh!" like in the american version.

You forget that spanish is divided in two accents: Latin american spanish and the original spanish (This last is used in Europe).
Maybe in the europe spanish the "D´oh" is changed, but in the latinoamerica spanish it doesn't.

lies lies lies. In the latin (mexican) dubbing Homer says "D'oh" just like in English. Idk about the Spanish (meaning from Spain) dubbing.... but you put a Mexican flag behind, so...
