Hii friends,
Today in desi eatery I am going to show you how to make millet palm payesh recipe.
Usually payesh /kheer or pudding is made with rice instead I am using little millet. Which is a healthy option.

This is a unique recipe.First time in YouTube.

Process to extract sugar palm pulp :

1. Take  a palm fruit or tal , Cut  and remove the top part  from the palm fruit.

2. Next peel and  remove to  the  black  skin  of the palm fruit or tal.

3. Take out the kernels from the palm fruits.Keep aside .

4. Take a bowl ,Then add  water into the bowl .Soak all the kernels of palm for half an hour.

5. Take  a hand  grater machine , Now  take  one  pieces  of  kernels . Grated  it  by hand grater.

6. Take  a smooth fresh Pulp from palm fruit or tal.I am using the fresh pulp but you can also preserve it in refrigerator for 7 days.
