Between the weird #Etsy designs I constantly see flooding the parks, or the aggressive Instagram ads that always include a pair of bright white sneakers... it seems like Adult Disney Shirts are here to stay... The amount of “I hate my wife/kids” shirts I saw when I was there was disheartening. Why did you even get married or become a parent if you’re not going to enjoy the trip with them? Side note: you have a really good singing voice!

Absolutely love not only how deep Dan gets, but he doesn't just complain; he also provides a solution to the problem! Love ya Dan! Hope to see ya on Main Street soon!

I will never understand the whole “I’m at disney but I am going to pretend that it is the worst thing that has ever happened to me” trend

Honestly totally here for the stuff you said about vaguely unsupportive partners. It’s absolutely gutting to be so excited about something and have someone so close to you just… not care!! It really hurts long term too.

Also, would love to see a video on Twisted Wonderland if you’re thinking of video topics. It’s absolutely WILD and it’s responsible for getting me into Disney! It’s a really interesting and totally different take on the villains, and it’s getting a TV anime soon!!

“Goofy doesn’t need to be associated with such nonsense” totally got me. You tell ‘em Dan! 😂

I watched an entire episode of Foolish Mortals and all I got was this lousy tee-shirt.

I saw a “I Don’t Do Matching Shirts” shirt with a disgruntled looking Mickey in an Orlando gift shop today, and all I could think is there should be another shirt with Goofy that says “Me Neither!”

The first time I took my wife to WDW, she got me a shirt that said, "I love the smell of pirate water" because I could never stop talking about how much I love the way the boat rides smell. hehe

Lmao I took my brother to his first Disney World trip this past spring break (we’re doing Disneyland at Christmas). His favorite and most sticking memory isn’t a ride or a show or food, but rather the fact that for two straight days we kept seeing big dudes wearing shirts that said “I’m Mickey.” Sometimes it had the mouse silhouette instead of the word, but that was all they said, and there was no context.

After two entire days, we FINALLY figured it out when one of these big dudes was finally next to a female partner and her shirt said “Oh Mickey You’re So Fine.”

If you’re wearing a couple shirt, gotta make sure you’re around your other person lol

Did not expect this to be an Evolution of Disney-adjacent toxic masculinity and enabling behavior, but I'm not mad. Pop off, Dan.

I will never understand being in a relationship with someone who is going to be super passive aggressive about participating in something that makes you happy. I have literally broken up with people just because they got weird when I asked if they wanted to go to Disneyland with me (that I would be paying for) and started acting like it was some massive burden that they were taking on just to please me. If we go to Disney together and you're not at the very least TRYING to have fun, then this won't work. (This is why I'm glad my current partner is just as big of a Disney nerd as I am if not bigger. And I mean he was literally in a Dapper Dans inspired barbershop quartet in college. That is the level of Disney nerd I am with. AND I LOVE IT!)

Nailed it, Dan. First impressions are everything, even at Disney. What you wear says a lot about you, especially when you wear one of the inappropriate shirts you showcased.

My sister wanted us to have matching shirts for when we went to Disneyland for my bachelorette party, and she showed me a few designs to see which I liked. A few of them where "bride tribe" which is a term I'm not a fan of. Instead we went with tank tops that had a silhouette of a princess that was covered in glitter, and the name of what you were in the party. I got Belle, with Bride written under it. It's a nice shirt and It's still in good condition 2 years later. Seeing this video now makes me appreciate the effort she put in to find the shirts even more cause now I'm pretty sure she had to wade through some pretty horrible ones to get what we went with!

Also checked out your shirt store, and that Kingdom Hearts/Haunted Mansion is extremely tempting for me to buy. Love the design!

Guilty…I let my husband go to WDW wearing “I don’t do matching shirts.” But in my defense, I was wearing “I do.” and our kid was wearing “Me too”.

As a cast member- I see literally all of these shirts about 50 times a day 💀 I mean some of them are funny, but some of them are just so weird… c’mon guys, there are better options!

I’m personally more of a Disneybounding or aesthetic dresser upper for the parks than I am a graphic tee person, but I do have a “the mountains are calling me and I must go” with the various mountain rides, and I’d buy a Spud Muffin kind of shirt in a heartbeat rather than the booze+Disney kind

The funniest official couples shirts are "Power Couple" with Mickey's shorts and Minnie's skirt. Because if you aren't together you're basically wearing a shirt that says "power bottom"

Your analysis of the negative vibe passive aggressive men's shirts is spot on.
