Pyra/Mythra GLITCH Can Softlock Super Smash Bros Ultimate!

A glitch has already been discovered for the latest Super Smash Bros Ultimate DLC Character, Pyra and Mythra in which they can use their swapping powers to softlock the game. I also discovered a small possible glitch as well by accident which I explain in this video!

Maybe the softlock happens because the game considers them separate characters and when you win, it decides a: pyra wins or b: mythra wins. By switching between them, the game decides that you did not win, and therefore doesn't go to the victory screen but doesn't have any more fighters to send out. I have no idea and this is just a guess, so please take this with a lot of salt.

The Rex not appearing thing seems to be less a case of him not appearing and more so there being nowhere for him to stand. The effect for him spawning shows up, meaning the game's trying to spawn him.

If you could only get the soft lock 2 times in a span of 2 hours And in a game mode literally no one plays, I doubt this should be a big priority. I suppose they could fix it with the next dlc fighter.

I had another softlock where I was loading into a CPU tourney match with pyra/mythra vs 3 mii swordfighters. The match just never loaded, and I had to restart the game. I’d like to mention that this was the last round of the first set of rounds of the tourney, so everyone else in the tourney had fought.
