Step 1- effect > filter curve eq > manage > factory preset > bass boost > click ok.

Step 2- effect > filter curve eq > manage > factory preset >treble boost > click ok

Step 3- effect > filter curve eq > manage > factory preset > low rolloff for speech > click ok

Step 4- effect > compressor > ok

Step 5- effect > nomalize > ok
