In my opinion he went too far, I can understand what he was going through because I was in a much much worse situation then him and I experienced something similar I believe he lost himself your into despair and he is forgetting how important his family is in his life, I'm not saying that he didn't have the right to do it but what he did just made things harder between both him and his daughter
