I have an explanation for how Bonny was able to do something like gum gum muscle, if you look at Bonny s devil's fruit ability it's something like ageing and deagein if you just take your imagination to cellular level it just means that she has ability to age and deage her cells, if that's how it is from that we can say that there's a possibility that her devil's fruit ability must be cell manipulation, so having ability like that she could possibly be as big or as small as she wants if that's the case it's normal to say that she could make her muscles of arm bigger again remember what vegapunk said a devil's fruit ability is limited by its user's imagination.😊
