I got to 130 bpm, and my doubles just fall apart. You're absolutely insane with it. I'm going to bookmark this video and keep going until I can hit 200 bpm.

Nice practise!!
at higher tempos your left hand stays higher than your right hand and not as loose, also your right it seems working more fingers like french grip, but the left stays to american grip ;))

I find it fascinating how your left shoulder lifts and your left elbow drifts to the side when you're doing the double strokes. Might help to check your finger/wrist technique on your left hand.

Why are the slower temps harder hahahah 110-140 is hardest for me. My double bounces aren’t as evenly spaced out as yours they always wanna bounce quicker even though I’m drumming to the bpm.
