When you buy a container you gotta make sure that the one you buy was not storing toxic chemicals. Always be sure what was in the container before you bought it. A lot of people don't know that.

I've seen too many sills leak to know those sills wont last too long. A kicker flashing just above the fan would have saved alot of headaches for later but loving the progress mate.

That will work well in summer where ground air is cooler in the shade. Surprised you did not install an intake filter frame for disposable filters to keep dirt and dust (as well as bugs) out. In winter you wa t to keep ceiling air in as it is warmer than air close to the ground.

Why venting is on the bottom ? Lot of insects can enter!

Near where we live, a man built a lovely home for his family with 4 shipping containers. Two bottom are parallel and the two top ones are diagonal.
There are many windows in the top tier, but not so many for the bottom of the two.
I have never been inside but from the outside it looks like a fortress.

Why not caulk before you place the flange on. You can hold them up with a large magnet to keep still. Then fasten with rivots. Then caulk the outside flange and Then you can fasten the rest and have a propper waterproof seal. One that doesn't allow water to swap through the rivots

Noice, I personally would have ran my fingers across the silicone (If that's what you used) It helps create a nice smooth line and not have it look so bumpy.

putting vents on each end of the container will allow natural air flow and will really cool off the inside

love this building style. Wouldn’t have done the bottom vent, but you could come up with a something a snorkel if you wanted to bottom intake.
