Ur the reason i started playing Elden Ring again. I stopped playing because i didnt knew what to do, no path to go, no idea what to do. Now im running Darkmoon Greatsword with Greatblade Phalanx.

I hope holy damage is the most powerful one on the DLC considering the dead used to be there and most holy sources also deal extra to undead

I have a video idea for you that nobody else seems to be covering, just how big the DLC will be, because people keep complaining it's "only the size of Limgrave" when we know it will be a lot bigger. You can look at all the locations that were shown in the original 2022 trailer and mention how many more locations we actually got, and then compare it to the DLC trailer and mention how many locations we'll actually probably get. Not to mention that Miyazaki always undersells, so it'll probably be double the size of Limgrave.

I prefer powerstancing Sword of Milos + Blasphemous for total HP + FP regen and better DPS than Serpent + Blasphemous. Jump L1 and the occasional R2 is pretty much all you need. Switch Blasphemous to Sacred Relic for its AoW against large trash mob and you flasks become redundant.

Blasphemous blade main weapon, sword from dung eater on the off hand for 5 fp regen on kill, talisman for 3 fp on kill, scarab helm and talisman to reduce ash of war to 20 cost, each cast that kills a single enemy will cost only 12 fp, you can kill easy enemies with power stace, span against hordes and elite enemies, also a star fist on the build, you can clear entire zones withou using a single hp or fp flask, awesome for co-op as well because of the cut on the number of flasks

Honestly, no one knows what the best pill is going to be for the D. LC because we're gonna get a bunch of new weapons and talismans and spells. And a bunch of them are gonna be broken and they'll nerf them and they'll read just them with patches.

Great episode. I learned a lot of new things and especially enjoyed the suggestion to power stance serpent-hunter with another spear and throw crouching L1s at Rykard. I started a new character as a dex/faith build for the DLC. I'm using grandsax bolt and a guardian swordspear with spectral lance. The decision is partly inspired by not having explored incantations and partly an attempt to map a spear-throwing, faith casting D&D character I have fond memories of.

> crimsonburst (tear) (7 hp/sec), or crimsonwhorl bubble (tear for damage => hp), or crimson bubble (tear for low hp regen) + crimsonspill (tear for increased max hp) in physick flask [1st 3 no stack]

> royal remains armor set (per piece) (2 hp/sec) (requires hp be below 18% max to activate passive effect)
> holy ground (ash of war) (17 hp/sec) (standing in circle required), prayful strike (ash of war), blood tax (ash of war), lifesteal fist (ash of war)
