We absolutely knew that already. And there's nothing "arguable" about it: one platform (BB10) lets you close apps from the task switcher with one action. The other (WP8) requires three steps to perform the same function: call up multitasking, open app to be closed, back out of said app.

Not making a judgment call; just comparing functionality. All "better"/"worse" arguments are being made by commenters, not by the video.

1. The ATIV Odyssey packs the same hardware (Qualcomm S4 @ 1.5GHz, 1GB RAM) as the high-end models, and that hardware is driving a lower-resolution screen. Performance is identical.

This couldn't have been any more obvious. BB10 left windows 8 in the dust. This was only OS 10.0... OS 10.2.1 is atleast 3 years more advanced than windows phone 8

1) "This guy" wrote an article on Pocketnow making that exact point, but WP8 doesn't compare to BB10 in terms of notifications.

2) "Local search" in this context means on-device search, not local-area search. Maybe read the caption next time.

I bought a Lumia 521 for my mother. I used it for a week to learn it before I give it to her so I can answer any questions she may have... Well, I ended up getting so frustrated from using it that I sold it and bought her a Z10 instead... No more needing to unlock the screen before answering an incoming call, looking at 5 different tiles just to see what notifications you have, no more needing to push a button AND swipe just to unlock the screen, no more odd tiny icons in base phone apps, and so many more things I do not at all miss from the Windows Phone...
