David's delivery is inmaculate, he did have us in tears

David's performance is sublime, I never saw someone so mesmerized in his role, everyone else has this sort of vibe that they're performing, even Michael sometimes, but this guy isn't acting, it's like if the character was living, I'm blown away seriously, every gesture, his body language, his voice, holy shit

"And I would like to spend..."
Oh Crowley! This hurts so very much. 😭😭😭

That unfinished "and I would like to spend.. " kills me every time. I just can't😢😢😢

The voice shaking on "And we spent our existence pretending that we aren't" ... I can feel my heart just crumbling apart every time.

Tennant absolutely nailed this…his shaky voice, the way his voice cracks several times, how his eyes look towards the ceiling like he’s fighting off tears…I found myself involuntarily tearing up. I didn’t expect this scene to affect me so much, but I was outright BAWLING by the end of it.
Michael Sheen is brilliant in it as well, but it was definitely Tennant’s scene to steal.

Never seen an actor play that sort of ‘choking up / trying to keep it together growl’ so well before. Not sure I’ve ever seen one attempt it at all — it’s so stellar, takes the delivery to the next level.

You know what kills me? I have never seen him like this. There's always this mask of sardonic sarcasm that he keeps on. But not this time. This is absolutely the most vulnerable Crowley has been in the 6 millenia of his existence.

Even though it broke my heart, and it would hurt even more if the show were to be canceled, I genuinely cherish this scene. It's a powerful aspect of fiction when it can evoke such strong emotions in us.

The fact that this is Crowley’s 3rd time asking Azirphale to go off with him and they still both look shocked about it😢 like babes! You’re a couple. Please be soft with each other ❤ (come on Hollywood!)

“A group of the two is us” there’s a word for that Crowley, my love. Couple 🥰

David Tennant gave everything in this scene. With Michael Sheen too of course. It's so intense it feels powerful like it's acted on a theatre stage. ❤

I knew Crowley had tears in his eyes, but Aziraphale is also teary. What à wonderfully heartbreaking scene !

DAMMIT David Tennant, even the way you’re BREATHING in this scene is so on point and painful! 😭😭

Just in case you don't talk in Crowley language, "the group of the two of us" means "couple" in english :')

The unbridled fear in Aziraphale's eyes is what really gets me. He would have to walk away from everything he's known his entire existence to run away with Crowley and he's not ready. I was mad at him at first (just a little, I still love him) but I wanna hug him just as much as I do Crowley.

Honestly, I always expected that it will be Aziraphale who confesses his love to Crowley, but the fact that it was Crowley who confesses his feelings is much more emotional and sad just because he is really trying to be honest even if it makes him uncomfortable.
