Those early Kirby/Lee comics were kind of laughable... Thanos with a helicopter that literally says "Thanos" on the side, Galactus a bit bad cosmic being... with a big letter 'G' on his chest, thankfully he evolved out of that silliness.

I still think Thanos for now is the greatest villain. The build for him getting involved throughout so many movies 🍿 was better then anything they’ve done. Also he is the only bad guy they had to kill twice!

It's a little cheesy, but going back & watching it was a lot of fun.

Galactus hasn't been more terrifying than Thanos in years. He's innately more powerful but he's become Marvel Comics punching bag. He's somehow going to lose to the Fantastic F**** Four. I think a guy who had the universe scared of him before he had a single infinity gem/stone is far more terrifying than a guy who eats planets because to warrant that type of fear while lacking the raw power says something.

But if we're just having a conversation about who is more powerful or who would win in a fight? Yeah, Galactus.

I have to vote for Galactus simply because he is a cosmic being with supernatural powers. He would easily defeat Thanos, but only if Thanos didn't have the Infinity Stones. Thanos is basically dependent on an artifact to gain ultimate power, while Galactus is independent. It's just my POV
