Irish sea moss is highly nutritious. It saved a lot of people during the Irish famine in the 1800s
I have it in the morning as a replacement for cereal. All I do is just pour hot water and let it stand for 3-5 minutes, add a bit of hibiscus and elderberry powder to it for taste and I am good!

I've just recently started taking Irish Moss 2 months ago roughly and it lived up to its reputation! I've had occasional coughing issues like I'd say I'd cough way to easy especially during running and i've had gut discomfort a while before that. Now I'm breathing 100% better and my gut health is great. I've also been having the best fasts I've ever had. I got Irish moss from Jamaica. I had 2 episodes of bad allergies where nothing helps. I took Irish moss and my symptoms disappeared. I thought the first time was coincidence, but the second episode of using it to treat my allergies is proof it works. Before taking the seamoss I tried blextin ( prescription meds), Benadryl and reactine and none provided the relief Irish moss did. Interestingly I grew up in Jamaica and never had interest in Irish moss until I migrated 😂 .
