In this tutorial, you will convert a 2D map to a 3D scene. You will also work with a local scene's viewing properties and extrude buildings based on both attribute table columns and global elevation surfaces.

Thank you for this. How do I export this 3D model OUT of arcgis pro and into something like AGOL or storymaps exactly how we are viewing it here?

It is not really possible for the footprints of buildings to take a single base elevation value on 3D ground. Is it possible to place 3D buildings on 3D terrain using terrain intersection curve?
