Friends, let's make Paneer Manchurian today in Restaurant Style, this will come out super soft :)

Ingredients:
Paneer - 200g
Maida - 3 tbsp
Corn Starch - 3 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Soy Sauce - 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
Oil - to deep fry

Oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
Garlic - 2 tbsp
Ginger - 1 inch
Spring Onion Whites - 1 tbsp
Capsicum -1/4 medium size
Salt - to taste
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Schezwan Chutney - 1 heaped tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 2 tsp
Soya Sauce - 1 1/2 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Corn Flour - 2 tsp
Spring Onion Greens - 2 tbsp

Bohat sare youtubers hai jo khana banate hai jinhe dekhte hi mu me pani ajata hai..but jab hum banate hai gharme, khana dikhne me schme acha hota hai bt khane me..not that good..but honestly saying i never commented on your videos before but i am following you since 1.5years and whenever i tried any recipe of cookingshooking, , dikhne me and khane me wo best hota hai..no doubt i just love both of your channels all your recipes and nuskaas and the way you explain it..everything is balanced and simply best❤

Is Corn Starch same as Corn flour ? if not can I use Corn flour for this since its more easily available ?

The dish looks awesome..I hv one query.. whenever I make any dish with fried paneer, it becomes hard after sometime and when I am frying paneer with cornstarch as a covering, it sticks to the kadhai..wat cud b the reason..

If I want to make this without onion & garlic what changes should be done? As most schezwan sauce has garlic can you suggest recipe for that as well

What would do with the extra oil left after deep frying?? Every it get wasted when i deep fry something..and as usual paneer manchurian looks delicious..tried veg manchurian before..absolutely amazing...gonna try it shortly ❤
