How many years have you been doing this work? Could it be sea lions with no mommy experience finally coming of age and not knowing how to train babies?

Send them up to the Columbia River between Oregon and Washington. The seals here are taking over docks and eating up all the salmon in the river.

Sea lions are alot hyper than i thought they'd be lol :-)
