Recipes:

Captain America's Stars and Stripes Ramen Burger Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 packs ramen noodles, cooked and drained
2 eggs, beaten
4 slices cheddar cheese
1/2 cup pickled vegetables (carrots, cucumber, daikon radish)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
Cooking spray or oil, for frying
Captain America's shield (optional)
Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with the garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into burger patties.

To cook the patties, heat Captain America's shield (or a regular skillet) over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt.

While the patties are cooking, prepare the ramen buns. Combine the cooked ramen noodles and beaten eggs in a bowl. Divide the mixture into eight equal portions and shape them into round buns.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and coat with cooking spray or a thin layer of oil. Fry the ramen buns for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are crispy and golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and teriyaki sauce to create the teriyaki-mayo sauce.

To assemble the Stars and Stripes Ramen Burger, place one ramen bun on a plate, followed by a cooked beef patty with melted cheddar cheese. Add a layer of pickled vegetables and drizzle with the teriyaki-mayo sauce. Top with another ramen bun.

Black Widow's Red Room Ravioli Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound fresh ravioli dough
1 pound boneless beef short ribs
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup vodka
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
Zest of 1 lemon
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh dill sprigs, for garnish
Instructions:

Season the short ribs with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the short ribs and sear on all sides until browned. Remove the short ribs from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the thinly sliced onions and cook over medium heat until they are caramelized, about 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.

Return the short ribs to the skillet with the onions and add the beef broth. Bring to a simmer, then cover and reduce the heat to low. Cook for 2-3 hours, or until the short ribs are fork-tender.
