Update. I re-installed my GPU drivers and messed with some settings after I made this vid and got photomerge working in photoshop.

Little hint: You can merge Graffiti Walls the same way! because you most times can make photos only from parts. so: Photo-Merge is your friend.

OMG I love you so much. I spent an hour and a half trying to get a 14x17 drawing to line up and color adjusted and this did all of that in like 45 secs.

Where you had perfectly planar images of the original, you may have wanted to try doing the merge with the "Reposition" button on - it only does alignments and doesn't try skewing etc. Use the Perspective if you have photo images taken side-by-side in a row, or if you do a grid the Spherical works well...
