Kendall remembered the last moment before the car accident when Greg told him he was aware of the cruise scandal cover up and had copies of the documents. I am guessing he asked him on the plane or before that if he still has them? The answer was yes and they just teamed up to fuck everyone else and become the killers their father and grandfather said they couldn't be. Kendall was sick of being controlled by his father and Greg never lost his moral compass like his grandfather told him he would if he kept working for Logan's company.

The moment Kendall threw his dad under the bus, the first thought that came to my mind was that "he is a killer after all." Not to mention that smirk on Logan's face in the end implies that he's proud of Kendall for stepping up to him. Kendall has always been my favorite of the Roy siblings and last night's finale's ending just proves that when its all said and done, it will be Kendall who's going to be taking over the company.
