For context, Tookie Williams is a co-founder of the Crips Gang and his work in anti-gang youth activism came after he was convicted for four murders and placed behind bars. In an effort to redeem himself, he wrote children’s books and worked to deter youth from joining gangs. He was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize and the Nobel Prize in Literature. Despite the nominations and his effort to redeem himself, he was executed in 2005.

AC/DC Metallica Pantera Concert, 1.6 Million people is the population of Montana and Wyoming Combined. That's an insane amount of people at one Concert. Standing on Stage they could not see where the people ended. It was truly a sea of people. I would not want to be standing in the middle and have to Pee or God forbid Poop!😳

I struggled from severe meth addiction over a decade ago. One night when i was at another drug addicts house he showed me a live recording of the Metallica festival in Russia. He had it playing on repeat on a gigantic widescreen TV in his front room and i watched it for around 8 hours straight until i began to believe i was at the festival. I started hallucinating so badly that i eventually found myself in a mosh pit surrounded by dirt and long haired metal fans stomping around in a big circle to the music.
Needless to say a few months later i found myself in a rehab where i finally got clean.
But whenever i see videos talking about that Russian metal festival i get flashbacks to that moment in time when i was totally insane. It's almost like PTSD. It probably is.
