2.. Recently parliament passed resolution against Emergency, hon'ble president, Hon'ble Vice President, Hon'ble loksabha speaker, Hon'ble Prime minister, many cabinet ministers reminded the nation about brutal torture faced by Indian people while opposing Emergency for revival & survival of democracy...
3..even after 49 years Emergency detainees at National level are facing injustice & Discrimination at National level...there must be One Nation One Policy for like freedom fighters at National level..since long few states have already given monthly pension.
Emergency was imposed in whole India it was not state spesific.
4.. we request Hon' prime minister, BJP + NDA leaders to give attention to Emergency detainees 75-77.
5.. long live the Indian democracy.
