It helps to heat the icing in the microwave for a few seconds, and then you can pour it evenly and spread it.

...I actually cut them in half, spread butter on each one, ( making sure the one side w/ the Cinnamon is facing u p ..) then drizzle with the icing . ( I warm in it a shallow dish with boiling water, just warm it ) Much easier to eat and everything is better with butter... lol.
