007: Quantum of Solace - Casino Royale - 007

Eleventh level of Quantum of Solace for the PC, Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii, played on 007 difficulty and with all the bonus pickups.

Casino Royale is definitely one of the best levels in the game, in my opinion. It has enough stealth sections and it flows well into the action ones.

Casino Royale should’ve gotten its own video game movie tie in
But I’m glad they still kept the consistency here

I remember making a comment complaining about this game not having both movie titles in its title. With this level sharing its name with the movie it’s set in, I wonder what it would’ve been called if they *had* named the game “Casino Royale/Quantum of Solace”.

That's actually pretty cool that the last QTE prompt is for *Vesper.* Even if it's only like five seconds, it's a nice change to have a tiny bit of control over someone besides Bond for once.
...Y'know, besides Rogue Agent and all.

Nice level playthrough.
Fun glitch: at 11:27 we see that Vesper runs down. Till 11:46 she's nowhere to be seen, including the lowest floor.
11:46 - still nobody's on the first (or ground) floor. But at 11:52 Eva Green materializes out of thin air.

Have to give credit, I'm pretty sure the ballroom fight would take me a lot longer on 00 Agent. Really well done here. Excited to see the barge fight since that one can be really annoying on 00 Agent. And, of course, the final level.

Revisiting this game, there were a few locales that felt very classic Bond game (A la early 2000's EA) - This is one of them, especially stepping outside onto the balcony, hearing the street ambiance, the time of night, etc, it reminded me of Bucharest in Agent Under Fire!

It's no Nightfire or Goldeneye 64, but still a fun Bond game IMO. Use to rent this from Hollywood video on the weekends
