Thank you for sharing. I have recently developed ringing in my ears that is VERY annoying whenever I’m in a quiet space or trying to sleep. I just ordered a pair of these based on your review and a recommendation from a friend.

I tried the first generation of Sleepbuds but ended up returning them because one kept falling out and I found that they made a lot of noise when rubbing up against pillows.

I recently purchased the second generation Sleepbuds and while they have improved the rubbing noise issue, I find that the Sleepbuds don't do much to mask my tinnitus. My tinnitus is a decently-loud sound in my right ear, and I can still hear it pretty easily through the Sleepbuds' white noise. It's a shame because I was really hoping these would help with my tinnitus.
