How to uninstall node js from Mac M1

Tried On MacBook 16 m1 Darwin - works well. After do it install nvm with 14 / 16 Node. Because 16 doesn't support packages for Angular 12

i followed same steps but there still node in my mac

i did this and was succesfull to get rid of the node files, but when I do the version it still says v20.4.0

Yeees i found the only missing node file in : root : usr / local / bin "node"
cmd : sudo rm -R node
Voila ! 😊

I followed exactly all these steps and still by typing node --version I get this: v12.16.1 So node is still there.
