I'ma just add a snobby hairthusiest comment, (perspective) - people who pay $85 and up for a mens haircut are mostly paying for the experience on top of the result. Some guys like the higher end feeling, the conversation, the added education that they can take home with them etc. That said, they better be leaving with a dang good haircut for that price!

Personally I think that the cheap one looks better on you, after you washed it and fixed it yourself. But I honestly love your hair longer :)

Brett, you're amazing and what you do to prove a point is astounding. I will say this, I agree with you as far as the price point, but getting a bit of color done on the $150 haircut does explain the cost a bit. Either way, you look incredible and this proves that styling is a must

I agree with you. I live in LA as well and experienced both very expensive places and cheap ones. And I’ll tell you something, it’s all about the hairstylist. There was this one lady who used to cut my hair at Supercuts on SM Blvd and she was by far the best person who put her hands on my hair. Too bad they closed down that one location!

I’ve been to the cheap hair salon when times were hard. There is a lot to be said, not only for the quality of the job, but the overall experience. At the moderately priced salons ($50-$75), you not only get a better cut, the extras …. shampoo, conditioner, scalp massage, free refreshments, snacks, more upscale decor. It’s worth it (although I will continue to I will continue to moan about the cost). 😄

Honestly if you get $15 haircuts at like, great clips or something, the trick is to go a few times and get it cut by different people, there's always one person who gets it perfectly, the difference between a expensive and cheap place is often trial and error, which expensive usually just aces

Yea, The $15 looks really average until you style it but I don't think all cheap salons are the same. My own hairdresser charges $20 and does an amazing job.

I went to all haircuts 💇 salon from $200 to$20.
The most $$$ is about spending money for the environment decorations😻👁 ✨music 👂🔊🎼massage🛁 💆‍♀️ ✋🏻🍵🍸products 🧴💉🧼🧪talkings nice conversation 👄 💕they makes you feeling nice 🥰warmth professional support your confidence 🌸personal care💝:)

Really depends on the situation now we’re in pandemic crisis lot’s people lost their job opportunity is good for supporting each other have options.
I won’t judge the haircut 💇 $20. Some of them just as good as the expensive salon.
Because the location isn’t in business areas. If you have better stuff at home and no need washing too much and want focus just haircut 💇 have adventure find out what the difference😱😻.
Hair will grow back back🧡!

Having decent cuts often (of the kind that suits your face) are more important than having a super perfect styled cut less often, and also, $30-40 is the sweet spot I've found (southeast coast of the us).

A $15 saloon is extremely luxurious in India, and $150 haircut doesn't exists here. It's completely impossible to have a $150 haircut here

As a barber myself. I think that the girl was an average barber and the other one was a hair stylist.
